Guest guest
ALL, Questions have been asked with respect to: How is it KNOWN that the conceded vaccine injury case, Hannah Poling v. Sec. HHS (02-1466V) is a " Thimerosal causes autism " case? To access all of the available (to CoMeD) public-record information that addresses this question, you can visit the CoMeD website: http://www.dr-king.com and, on the " Documents " page, access the link: > > " An UPDATED Review of the Doublespeak >in: 'Vaccines and Autism: Myths and >Misconceptions' By Novella >(5 March 2008, 75 pages) > and read the pertinent sections in this review article. In addition, please consider the following facts: 1. The case 02-1466V was filed as an autism case in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) in 2002. 2. In the vaccine-injury Autism Omnibus, NVICP Case 02-1466V was selected as one of the candidate test cases. 3. Based on patient records, the petitioners in the Autism Omnibus selected Case 02-1466V as one of the original " hypothesis 2 " (Thimerosal as a causal factor), 3 test cases and a hearing of this case was tentatively scheduled for some time in 2008. 4. The published case study (from 2006): Poling JS, Fyre RE, Shoffner J, Zimerman, AW. Developmental regression and mitochondrial dysfunction in a child with autism. J Child Neurol February 2006; 21(2): 170-172 (a Brief Communication) clearly identifies the child as having autism with affective, neuromuscular and hearing disorders ( " Case Report " on page 171, col 1 in the " no family history of " statement. 5. Before the case could be heard in 2008, the government pre-emptively conceded the case on 9 Nov 2007 citing " mitochondrial disorder " 6. Therefore, based on all of the proceeding it is OBVIOUS that Case 02-1466V, filed as an " autism case " in the NVICP in 2002 & scheduled as a " Thimerosal as a causal factor " test case in 2007 for the vaccine injury Autism Omnibus was and is a " Thimerosal in vaccines caused autism " case since the government did NOT state that: a. There was NO evidence that the child had mercury poisoning (because it is apparent that she did), or b. Vaccine-derived Thimerosal does NOT poison the mitochondrial systems of the body (as several published studies have shown that Thimerosal does mercury poison the mitochondria of cells, the child got a Thimerosal-preserved hepatitis B vaccine on the day she was born and additional Thimerosal-preserved vaccines at 2, 3.5 and 6 months resulting in obvious immune- system dysfunction manifesting as chronic infections that led to a delay in further vaccination until about 19 months of age when the child, apparently mostly recovered from the prior chronic infections, received two (2) Thimerosal-preserved vaccines and four (4) live viruses (measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella), and her observable regression started shortly thereafter. Hopefully, the preceding information has addressed the questions you may have regarding CoMeD's 26 February 2008 Press Release: > > " US Government Concedes Vaccines Cause Autism >(26 February 2008) " > a copy of which is available through the " Press Releases & Related Files " web page. ******************************************* *The information provided in this email * *and any attachment thereto is just that * * -- information. * * * *It is not medical advice and it does not * *require any specific action or actions. * * * *While the information is thought to be * *accurate, no representation is made as * *to the accuracy of the information posted* *other than it is my best understanding of* *the facts on the date that this email and* *any attachments thereto are posted. * * * *Everyone should verify the accuracy of * *the information provided for themselves * *before acting on it. * ******************************************* If you want more evidence, would suggest that you MAY want to submit FOIA requests to the US Court of Claims for the experts filed reports and all of the other administrative records in Case 02-1466V.
