Sanpaku, Adrenal exhaustion/ Neurasthenia?

Hello everyone.. I was wondering if people with sanpaku experience neurasthenia/adrenal exhaustion.. I feel like i am suffering from this..any advice on how i can fix this?? i feel like i could fall over or my heart could stop for the excessive fatigue.. thank you
