I have ordered the book and now am just trying to figure out when I'd

have the time to fit it all in. If I did it at home, that would make

it much easier. What do you think of this sauna system? Do you think

the materials used are ok? would it be okay to have my head out of

Hi . It isn't possible to get the benefits of the Purification

Program on your own as written in the Clear Mind, Clear Body book. Buy

the book first, and then you will understand why.
