Do you think it's necessary to wash organic produce? I have been just rinsing mine. It bothers me that I'm rinsing organic with flouridated water but I don't want to eat veggies with dirt on them either. Besides you will be cooking it. I don't like dirt on them either, and since I get my vegetables from my daughter's organic garden, I rinse them well (yes, with flouridated water). I wouldn't be concerned about washing them in flouridated water. Fluoride is accumulative in our bodies, and that's what is causing so many health problems. I believe it is most important to eliminate as many sources as possible in toothpaste, dental treatments, processed foods, medicines/drugs, etc., than to be concerned about it in water. It is more important to remove the chlorine, which is easy to remove by filling large containers with wide open tops and let them sit for 24 hours (the chlorine will dissipate out of the water). The best, Bee
