Guest guest
Hello, I have three questions for Bee and the group: 1. Several years ago I had a mole removed and bled more than the dermatoligist thought was normal. At the time, I was taking 2g of fish oil/day. I am concerned about all the things that I am taking now, that act as blood thinners,-fish oil, cod liver oil, garlic, vitamin e...and maybe some of the others too? Should I be concerned? 2. I am not able to go to the bathroom without help. I tried, and was sucessful, with lots of extra vitamin C and magnesium. I'm just not sure that this protocol would be ok on a regular basis. I'm feeling very bloated and uncomforable. Any other suggetions to help regularity? 3. I see that coconut milk is on the no-no list and am just curious as to why. Thanks...Jordan

If you were only taking fish oil before, without taking other nutrients which are co-factors to it, i.e. vitamins A, D, & E, along with " good " fats, minerals, etc. it may have contributed to bleeding, but on this program you'll get them. No nutrients work in isolation of others, so everything on this program works together. +++No one who has done this program has ever reported bleeding problems. If you are taking drugs to thin the blood, you should inform your doctor so the drug can be lowered or your intake of some supplements lowered. > > 2. It is easy to eat more protein, but difficult to increase fats because they are antifungal. " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " cautions people: " If your protein intake was high you might need to lower it temporarily until you can increase your fats enough. If there are not enough fats in ratio to proteins it will cause constipation. If you increase protein without good fats you can also get sick, including an upset stomach. It is more important to get your fat ratios up to recommended levels than to increase protein too fast. Keeping the correct ratios of fats to proteins will become more important as you lower your carbs. " 2) If you've had constipation in the past your body will retrace such episodes according to Hering's Law of Cures - search my website. > 3. I see that coconut milk is on the no-no list and am just curious as to why. +++Coconut milk contains too much natural sugars.
