Triathlon and Ironman Training

Hi Bee and everyone,

At some point I wish to return to triathlon and Ironman training but I

am looking for some information on heavy training while maintaining

the diet of good fats:protein ratio. In the past my intake of

carbohydrates was much higher. Will the Candida diet be able to

support all my training (7 days/week of high intense training)? If

you have any reading resources or advice, I am all ears, and always

will be.
