Guest guest
Bee, I can see you have dedicated your very life to this cause, and I thank you, as I'm sure many have done. I am referring all I know with candida here for this wealth of info. I was wondering if systemic candida would respond as well to this protocol? There is so much info to read here that I have lost tract of the response you sent me on the treatments for itching of the skin (it was under the itch armpits post) . I can not find that digest. If you can guide me to that link again, I would be most grateful. All I can remember is the coconut oil. I hadn't yet read it and must have deleted the digest. ; ( Also, I had mentioned the McComb Plan in my first post, but maybe that wasn't approperiate and wasn't addressed here, but unfortunately I was not directed to your wonderful advise here until after purchasing the his produces, so must proceed with it. I am hoping I am doing the right thing in proceeding with it. I have been very tormented over trying to make the right decision. Nonetheless, I am reading all you write, and wish I had run across this before. I just wanted to say thank you for your response about the itchy armpits, and also just say a huge thank you for all you do here! Guest guest
Thank you Bee for all this info. You seem to really seem to have done your homework on all of this. My DO said my candida was probably systemic, but I don't really know, but it was diagnosed in a comprehensive stool analasis. But I think he's crazy, he also says I have Lyme but he is LYME fanatical, and I just don't think I do! I will provide the links the McComb Plan for Candida, who is a chiroprator in CA like you, lives to help people with candida. He also has a space on <http://www.curezone/>www.curezone<http://www.curezone.com/>.com for questions and answers, I will also include this. I think I may be able to send this back, not sure yet, but will need to do it soon I believe if I am. I really appreciate your help with this. I have been sick a very long time (10 total, first 3 with hyper thyroid, the last 3 from a drug taper) but when I decided to get of the benzodiazepine drug that my brain was chemically dependent on, all HELL broke loose. It took me about a year and a half to taper off of it, and I could only tolerate toast and oats, and very little veggies and meat. I was very sick, rashes all over, sick in bed, house bound, and although I am much better (almost 2 years since off), I have debilitating fatigue and terrible brain fog, and do NOT sleep. I took the benzos for insomnia and the stress I had when they destroyed my thyroid while I was VERY hyper and then let me fall very Hypo and then tried to jump start me on replacement therapy. My physical when through pure havoc and it has never been the same. I used to be very active and work, school, and now have been home bound for years. I had a horrible endocrinologist and he really messed up my life. I havne't worked professionally since 3/01 in the medical field. I'm thinking that if this is a candida imbalance issue, I can help myself. I am following your diet and just about getting used to giving up all the carbs. I have a great breakfast if you are interested. It follows your diet and I can tolerate it amazingly. I used to eat one slice of good wheat toast very toasted with a little almond butter, but no more! didn't think I could ever do this! I cut up 2 big cloves of garlic kind of chunky, then put 2-3 tablespoons of unrefined organic coconut oil in the skillet and put the garlic and hand full of rinsed organic spinach in, but only cook enough to wilt the spinach, and that way the garlic is lightly cooked, not completely raw, but not over cooked. Then I fry 2 " rage free " (private farmer) eggs and barely cook them, just a tad on each side, just enough to get the white part to hold the yoke. I then take the spinach, put about 1/4 cup of Bison (buffalo) on top, then top it with the eggs, and then top that with green hot sauce. It is yummy and I think it's a good start for the day. I never dreamed i could eat this way. i haven't been able to tolerate meat protein very much, but this works fine. If I am real nauseous first thing in the am, I only do 1 egg and a little less meat. Or I cook it up and save it for lunch. What I am NOT doing is using brown rice as the base. I save my brown rice for dinner. I only allow myself a slice of brown rice bread (and it's super small!) during the day if I get desperate for a carb " feeling " . Here are the links for this protocol that I bought: Here is his questions and answers: http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=766<http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=766> His website to read and buy products: http://lifeforceplan.com/index_butterfly.html<http://lifeforceplan.com/index_but\ terfly.html> Thank you Bee so much and look forward to hearing back from you! Guest guest
In response to posts: I followed a previous post of melting the CO and pouring it (1/8 " thick) in a pan then refrigerating it. I break it up into segments and keep it in the fridge in a sealed glass container. Yes, Bee, feel free to post, never mind the punctuation and misspellings! Yikes, I should have proof-read, but I have had too many incidents of taking too long to write and losing the entire post, so I just went for it. lol > COCONUT OIL: > For those looking for palletable ideas of taking the coconut oil, I love the Nutiva refrigerated into thin wafers as a dessert after dinner--it has the texture of chocolate! (For variety, a tiny bit of Stevia and lemon bring on a real treat!) My newest discovery is the Tropical Traditions Expeller Pressed Organic oil. The flavor is almost like butter or bacon grease (NO coconut flavor), and enhances EVERY vegetable and meat with sea salt. I cannot get enough of this new oil and have to be moderate it for die-off purposes (it is that good!)
