Guest guest
I bought a gallon of TT expeller pressed oil to use for cooking in things I did not want to give a coconut flavor and the occasional frying. Worked very well. I tasted it by eating it off the spoon, don't recommend that though!!! Tasted yuck to just try and eat. But worked fine for cooking. Even made a loaf of bread with it, and it was really good too. Though the VCO makes the best bread!! Caitlin Lorraine >Did you like the expeller pressed oil? I am considering buying some >of that just for cooking since not everything taste good cooked in >coconut flavor >
Guest guest
Hi, since I am increasing my spoons of coconut oil I intend to use the extra vergine for the egg drink, but for cooking and stuff I would like to use this one: http://www.coconut-oils.net/product_info.php? cPath=24_34 & products_id=40 & osCsid=855f5f61f577422c1127a6f0ee1c5467 I want to buy it in a large quantity to save money, but I want to make sure this expeller pressed one is the right one for this diet with all the benefits. I searched for it on Bee's website, but wasn't able to find the proper information. Thank you for answering,

That link doesn't work. However I caution you to always use the a goo quality coconut oil for any uses, i.e. in the egg drink, for cooking and even for body care - the skin readily absorbs it and is just like taking it by mouth, but bypasses digestion. Coconut oil must always be " unrefined, undeoderized, unbleached and expeller or cold pressed. " It doesn't have to be extra virgin or virgin however. Those terms aren't actually regulated so anyone can use them willy nilly. If CO isn't virgin it is still good as long as it meets the other criteria. Cheers, Bee
