Guest guest
Hello again Bee and everyone, God I am unable to think of anymore good lines of introduction to my messages...lol.. ok I will get stright to the point then. 1.) I have heard from many people, including a doctor, that almost everyone with Candida has a parasite problem and also heliobacteria pylori and that to completely get rid of candida they need to tackle this. Is this indeed true? If so what is the best way to do so? Should we tackle these problems after going on the complete Candida program and riding ourselves of Candida infection? Also I really really don't want to take anti-biotics (and I am sure that no one on this group wants to either!) to get rid of Candida. What does everything think is the best natural treatment? If anyone has had helicobacteria pylori and/or a parasite problem and has overcome it I would love to hear your story. 2.) Bee I know that you said that crushed egg shells are the best calcium supplements but really I do not think that I have the time to prepare egg shells for consumption. As it is trying to formualte my diet and running around looking for all the necessary supplements for the program is very taxing and taking up a lot of my study and sleep time ( speaking of which I have to be up in 4 hours...awww). So Bee do you think that it will be ok to substitute the egg shells for actual calcium supplements? Oh and by the way i have decided to introduce red meat back into my diet as I can see that this is the only via way to get iron. My mum is very happen as she has been trying to get me to eat red meat for quite sometime! With love, Nithya Thanks for all your help

I do calcium supplements. Running a household & 3 kids leaves me very little time! > Oh and by the way i have decided to introduce red meat back into my > diet as I can see that this is the only via way to get iron. Now we're all having red meat 4x a week.

If you believe you have parasites you should get a stool test to confirm the exact kinds, and then use natural treatments for them. In fact the antifungals I recommend actually treat bacteria and parasites too. So in the end this program is all you need to completely get healthy again, no matter what kinds of buggies are in your body. > > 2.)
