Adrenal fatigue, hypoglycemia & heart palpitations

I recently read that people with adrenal fatigue are also hypoglycemic.

I'm really trying to solve the puzzle of my palpitations in the middle

of the nite. I've been having them for a year now & the docs want to do

a 24hr Holter monitor tho I'm still holding back.

Sometimes I get it & sometimes I dont but the past few days I've been

getting them every hour. It's exhausting coz my heart is suddenly

racing & I get up in a shock & sometimes cant breathe. I try to do some

deep breathing then it tends to settle after about 1/2 hr. Then it

comes again.

Could this be related to my adrenal fatigue & hypoglycemia? If this is

so, then could a small meal, maybe an egg drink without the oils before

bed would help?

Any ideas / suggestions?
