Guest guest
I am wondering if watermelon affects ones stomach? Mine is very sensitive. Does the fruictose in the watermellon cause yeast to grow? I am sorry if my questions are stupid. I am new to all of this. Thanks, Rhonda

All sugars will affect your stomach when you have candida, since they make candida overgrow in the stomach. Fructose is one of the worst kinds of sugars - to find out more do a search at www.mercola.com There are no fruits on the Candida Diet, except lemons and limes - see the Diet List: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_2_1.php Bee
