Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am really anemic and up-till now I have been taking non-heme iron supplements, but on Bee's say so have stopped. I tried to make tablets using lamb liver but didn't find them very nice to take, I couldn't swallow some of them because they were to cold!! I read the messages archive and Bee has recommended many people to try dessicated bison or beef liver tablets, quoting that NOW brand is particularly good. However I do eat beef or bison for religious reasons; does anyone know where I can purchase dessicated lamb or goat liver tablets? Thank you very muh for your help! With regards, Nithya

You can eat 12 ounces of lamb liver twice a week instead. However, one member of this group increased her iron levels from 4 to 64 without eating any liver or taking any extra supplements. Her iron levels naturally increased just doing my program for 6 months. You may be able to find her messages about it in our message archives. She may even respond to this message. What brand is it, and can you provide a link? Bee
