Hi Bee,

Hope you're well. I've been following your program for five weeks now

and I'm well into the swing of it. I have successfully removed all

sugars, fruit and dairy from my diet. I haven't noticed any drastic

changes to my health as yet, but I know this is going to take time, so

I'm ok with that.

My digestion has slowed down quite a bit since starting your program,

and I'm not nearly as regular as I used to be. Do you have any

suggestions for improving this? Also, I am permanently bloated and am

finding that my tummy is still bloated and my weight hasn't budged one

bit. I almost feel like my metabolism hasn't been switched on for the

past few years. Could this be related to the candida?

Anyway, would be great to hear from you.
