Yes, this is die-off. Sometimes things appear to get worse before

they get better. Hang in there! And good for you for getting on the

diet 100%!

Hi Aleks. Like wrote those are common symptoms that occur

with some people when they first go onto this program. Ensure you

are taking all of the supplements too since they work together with

the diet. Because your tongue is cracked ensure you are taking the

recommended amount of B vitamins.
