Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, I was wondering if homemade sauerkraut (Bee's Easy Sauerkraut recipe) might aggravate candida in some people. I started eating a tablespoon with before each meal, and have started feeling bad...headache, tired, etc. I'm wondering if it might be the sauerkraut. I've cheated in other small ways recently, but this is the biggest change in my diet. One more question...I've recently taken up jogging (slow pace for a little under a mile) several times a week. I'm thinking that on the days I jog that it won't be necessary to jump on my mini tramp for a few minutes. Is this accurate? Is it better to keep up the jumping every day regardless of jogging? Thanks for your help! Blessings, Laurie

I suggest you " try not to cheat " and then have the sauerkraut and see how you do then. > > One more question...I've recently taken up jogging (slow pace for a little under a mile) several times a week. Walking is better, and you can walk briskly. It won't jar your body like jogging does. You only need one form of exercise in any particular day. Blessings to you too, Bee
