Timing/combining of supplements?

Hi Bee --

Do you have a recommendation for supplements that should be taken

together/away from each other because they help or hinder the

absorption of each other? (i.e., should I be sure to take Vitamin C

separately from calcium, etc?)

Also, on your website for a 'typical day' I see the Electrolyte Drink

combined with meals--should I be drinking this before or after a meal?

I'm concerned about diluting my digestive process. I usually don't

drink any liquids with my meals unless it's a soup, on recommendation

of my naturopath.

Thanks so much,

K.

+++Hi K. No it isn't necessary to be concerned about taking any of

the supplements I recommend. Vitamin C actually helps the body

absorb and utilize all minerals, like calcium, since minerals require

acid in order to be absorbed and utilized.

+++The recommendation to not have liquids with meals has no

foundation in fact. It is not possible to dilute HCl with liquids.

Foods eaten require liquids in order to be digested, and if you do

not drink liquids with the meal the stomach has to draw liquids from

the body in order to digest foods.
