Louie had those problems too, and nothing we tried worked (except L-tryptophan, and it was taken off the market). Then I read something somewhere (I don't remember where) that said apples disturbed sleep patterns in some autistic. Louie loved apples, and could go through a couple of pounds a day if we didn't watch him. So we took away apples and apple products and guess what! He began to sleep through the night for the first time in his life! As it turns out, it was probably the phenols that were doing it. Anyway, cheap solution and it worked, if anyone wants to try it. Guest guest
*** I have the same problem and it's been going on for months now, can't sleep, only for a couple of hours each night. I feel so exhausted. I've tried many things too and nothing seems to work. I wake up after a couple of hours, feel very anxious, shaking inside, stressed, irritable and I'm sweating like crazy. The sweating does go away and then I feel cold but can't get back to sleep. Around noon at work I feel so tired I was to sleep. It's the worst things. I'm assuming it's from the candida or a combo of candida/thyroid/adrenals. Maddy Thanks for sharing. I go to bed around 9.30 to 10 at nite & am always up at 1 am. Sometimes with palpitations, sometimes, just up & tossing & turning. It's so irritating. So if anyone has a method that works.... pleeesseeee..... Guest guest
> **** thanks Bee .... wouldn't you think lots of the toxins would be cleaned out now since being on the diet very strict for 4 months. I understand it will take a lot longer to heal the body. +++Hi Maddy. Candida is still overgrowing and putting out toxins until the immune system becomes strong enough to " make " candida " change back " into the friendly helpful organism it is supposed to be in the body. Also some toxins that have accumulated in the body take time for them to clear out, depending upon when you acquired them, how much was accumulated, and what kind of toxins they were. Hugs to you too my friend, Bee
