Hi,

Is it possible to be an olympian athelete and follow yuour

programme...? By this, I mean is it an optimal diet for intense

prolonged efforts? Because I was always told that it's wrong to eat too

much fat before intense physical excercices, like competitions...

.

+++Hi . Yes, it is possible to be an Alympian Athlete on my

Janine's Messages: janinerood@...

Were you told why it was wrong to eat too much fat before physical

exercise??

I was not told why exactly, no. But I was told to eat loads of pasta

for slow release of energy. I asked this question because I have a

hard time running at the moment. But it's probably because of the die-

off symptoms... I'm going through hell at the moment. I'm constantly

tired, I have night sweats and nightmares, I'm in a constant brain

fog, I'm confused... and today, after eating celery (I believe) I had

a strong allergic (or was it?) reaction. My head is scratchy, my

throat as well, I need to split and blow my nose every 2 minutes.. I

think I'm a bit swollen (not much though)... ah là là, it's harder

than I thought. And it could last for 20 months :(................

+++Hi . No, thank goodness you won't be going through these

symptoms for 20 months. What you are experiencing are die-off

symptoms caused by killing off high numbers of candida.

Maybe you trying too hard, or you changed over to this program too

quickly. You need to go slowly in order to minimize die-off

symptoms. It isn't necessary to push too hard, since it overwhelms

your body, and puts you through unnecessary suffering.

To lower decrease your symptoms cut back on the amount of coconut oil

you are taking, and slowly increase it. You can also put back some

carbs, until you are able to tolerate higher fats. Also if you go on

this diet too fast you can get constipated - see " Curing Candida, How

to Get Started " :

I hope you can get more control over your die-off symptoms so you

aren't feeling so horrible.

The best, Bee
