Guest guest
, also to get enough minerals you need both ocean sea salt AND mineralized water, so don't substitute sea salt for the concentrace minerals you add to your water. I have one more unrelated question. I just got Natural Factors Niacin, but I've been eating 6oz liver every other day to get my B vitamins. Can/should I still take the 50mg niacin 2x a day to get the flush? BTW, I remember getting huge flushes from a workout supplement called NO-Xplode that had alot of niacin. I always felt real good during it, but I'm sure a lot of that was due to the caffeine and fifty other crap ingredients.

Niacin really helps the body detoxify, and also opens up the blood vessels and small capillaries throughout the body. Candida toxins make all cell membranes rigid/stiff so even red blood cells cannot fold over and get into small capillaries like they should. > > BTW, I remember getting huge flushes from a workout supplement called NO-Xplode that had alot of niacin.
