It's nice to occasionally remind myself about the reality of this diet

by cheating. (I wouldn't recommend that to people with " food issues "

either). For instance, I was a good boy today as usual and woke up

early to heat up my food and prepared everything to bring to work for

lunch. But I forgot it at home.

What did I do? Acted like a big baby and went out to Mcs for

lunch, and then ate some sweets at the office and my first popcorn in

almost one year. What happened?? Within an hour, my joints are achy

and I feel very fatigued.

Thank goodness I'm far enough along on this diet that my body will

recover by in the morning, and I'll just pick myself back up and keep

at it! Now, I don't feel " normal " but at least I don't feel " horrible "

unless I cheat.
