Guest guest
Hi Bee and group.. I hope everyone is doing well. I've been getting caught up on some of these messages and ran across this one and had a quick question: How do you define " severe digestive problems " ? It will probably not come as a surprise when I say that I have been struggling. I keep teeter-tottering or yo-yoing up and down with the foods and at the same time I have been trying to at least let my body get used to the 1 egg, Egg Smoothie w/1tbs or EVCO & butter as well as the Electrolyte drink. It is most likely because of my yo-yoing that I'm having so many digestive problems, but they've been here for over a year now.. only adding stomach aches these past few months while trying to get on this program. I've seen you recommend the 9 day program to several people now without asking or requiring they first be eating " right " and taking HCL. I was thinking this might be because it is more important to stabilize digestion with this 9 day plan before religiously adhering to the eating plan? Even when I have eaten per the plan w/out cheating, my digestion is very bad - to put it mildly. I guess I just wonder how bad does one have to be before they do this? or Maybe I'm just not in the right frame of mind to do this 100% yet. I don't know. Perhaps once I am, I will do a private consult and we can map something a little more individualized out. sorry I'm so wishy washy.. I was really sick last week I think due to my yo-yoing. It was very scary and it shocked me and yet I don't understand why I still can't commit.. Thanks for all your consideration and help. > It has helped many people get through severe digestive problems and > die-off symptoms. Let me know how you do on that program.
