This kind of cheese, which people usually eat with slices of bread,

is free of carbohydrates... (glucide = carbohydrate)

+++Hi ,

You probably have another food list for my other diets.

Here's the Candida Food List:

Bee,

On your food list you state that " pasturized dairy is okay " , but in an

earlier post you said that only butter and ghee are permitted.

+++Hi Lois,

There are two food lists on my website:

This is the Candida Food List:

The other food list isn't for candida sufferers; it is called the Healthy Diet

Food List.

Bee,

How do you determine when it is OK to transition from the " candida diet " to the

" healthy diet " ? Does your body tell you when your are ready, or is there a time

table (like 1 month for every year you have been sick)? I don't mind giving up

dairy for the most part, but I do love kefir and have always felt it did me more

good than harm. I do hope the time won't be very long.
