So you can go there and search " cold " or " flu " remedies and find everything there. I did that and found a link: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/colds.php Hope you feel better. Guest guest
Hi Kim,It certainly would be frustrating to feel you are sick more often. Yes, those could really be detoxing, not an illness. Remember that your body is trying to throw out the garbage, and sometimes it doesn’t get out quick enough, and you feel the symptoms. The way to know is to do the salt loading and see if the symptoms abate. But remember you are working on healing your body, and there can be a healing crisis that happens to help your body, but makes you feel temporarily worse. Think of how many mainstream medical treatments make people feel worse before they get better. I wouldn’t get discouraged, keep on, take all the supplements, and try salt loading when you feel “sick”. Donna in IL, moderator Several people have commented that since starting iodine they have been less apt to catch illnesses that are going around. The reverse seems to be true for me. It used to be that I didn't catch anything, even when family members were quite ill. Since beginning to increase my iodine in November I have been sick three times! It is very frustrating for me. Is catching cold or stomach flu a detox reaction of some sort? Or can this be part of healing for some people? Thanks,Kim
