Guest guest
I have been experimenting whilst y'all are doing your duty in keeping your bodies well. That is good. About the sleeplessness issue.... Many comment that five hours is tops for sleeping. I have this problem at times too. Five hours and I might as well go fishing instead of trying to sleep. That is bad at in the dark. I began thinking on this subject and wondered why. Each night I tried a new technique in order to sleep past 3:00 a.m.. I tried niacin, eating before bedtime, reading, computer, Praying a lot, crying, working, changing furniture, and general ugly habits of discomfort.I thought of going to the barn to count sheep but remembered that there are only chickens there. Then I realized something about coconut oil and energy. Coconut oil will give you energy but that can be reduced if the energy is too much. Then I deduced and watched my daily habits about the energy. When I had too much energy I worked hard and fast. By the end of the day I was very tired and fell asleep fast. Within five hours I was awake and nervous and irritable. The whole day was this way. I suspected high blood pressure and I was right. What was happening is that the energy made my muscles tight and then the blood pressure set in. My neck was tense and it caused headaches and nervousness. This went on for a few days. What did I do? I now am very careful to use my energy in moderation. I purposely slow down and do not work fast and do not overwork. At the end of the day I stretch my spine and am able to snap my neck in place by leaning back on my desk chair and slowly letting my arms go behind the chair from above. SLOWLY! It isn't the coconut oil doing the stess as much as it is the energy and what we do with it. Too much hard work and nervous energy will defeat the program. It will stress the already stressed adrenals. I read in the Bible where it says " All things in moderation. " I always try and check the Book for affirmation and direction. I need to read it more. Hope this helps anyone who is suffering from lack of sleep. Let me know your success story? Thank you.
