Guest guest
I'm getting to the point of figuring out when to add what vitamins and was wondering about Vitamin B. I understand there is an option of either going w/traditional supplements or nutr. yeast flakes and liver. It one way better than the other? And which route digests best? I've had trouble digesting traditional supplements (tabs, capsules, etc) in the past and would like to use food (when possible, like CLO for example for vit. A) or powder (Nutr. Yeast Flakes) to mix w/the Egg Smoothie or sublingual tincture under the tongue. If I go the Nutr Yeast / home made Liver tabs option, what are the dose amounts for 100g of B complex and 200g of Niacin? This is a little confusing and any help is greatly appreciated. If this has been discussed w/in the past few days, please forgive me.. I'm a little behind reading messages. Thanks!

Hi , Both Nutritional Yeast Flakes and liver digest well as long as you have enough stomach acid. You need to take 2 tbl. Nutritional Yeast Flakes per day, or 6 ounces of red meat liver 2 times a week, which will provide enough B complex (you only need one or the other). You will still require calcium, magnesium, vitamin E, vitamin C, HCl, and of course CLO. You can make your own calcium citrate from eggshells - recipe is on my website. The best, Bee
