Hi everyone,

I am almost 100% on food program after a week. I was off

grains/high starch vegetables for a month before I found this site.

And this past week, I slowly weened myself off of fruits. It went

OK. The fats help huge with cravings!

I am still doing 1 c. of raw goat yogurt a day and will ween off

slowly.

Question... as I look at food ratios, I am nearly 20 grams too high

on protein. I do the egg smoothie in the morning (yum) and 1 mini

one late afternoon (1 egg, 1 tb VCO, 1 tb butter)... I usually do 3

oz protein at lunch and dinner but it is still too much. I've been

doing ~ 2 c. bone broth too which is adding to protein, but tastes

so healing. Getting off yogurt will help but still too high. Any

suggestions?

Also, does someone know generally what a cup of grilled (in ~2 TB

VCO/butter/tallow) low-carb veggies make up in terms of carbs and

fat? I will figure out on SparkPeople (easier to use than Fit Day)

but just curious if someone can share their perspective who has been

doing this awhile to be sure mine matches up.

Thanks so much!

Genevieve

+++Enter the veggie and fats separately to get accurate grams. 2

tablespoons of most fats equals 27.2 fat grams.
