Guest guest
Hi Bee, I want to make sure the yeast flakes in my country are the same thing you are refering too, because they are named slightly different. I mailed the store and they say this is in it: Energy 1191 kJ / 282 kcal Protein 51g Carbs 6g ......sugars 6g Fat 6g ......saturated 2g Fibres 25g Natrium 0.03g Vit. B1 30mg Vit. B2 5mg Vit. B3 35mg Vit B6 2.5mg Foliumacid 2mg Potassium 2000mg Magnesium 150mg And if this is the right flakes, I have to also take two times 50g of niacin. Can you provide a link to your Nutritional Yeast Flakes? > > And if this is the right flakes, I have to also take two times 50g of niacin. +++Yes, you would also buy Niacin (B3) separately and take 50 mg two times per day along with 1 tbl. of the Flakes two times a day. Maybe you can tell by looking at the picture? Anyway, I mailed the store and they told me the list of ingredients (below my name). Can I buy this? Or could you tell me what has to be in it and what shouldn't? thank you for answering! ************************** > Hi Bee, I want to make sure the yeast flakes in my country are the > same thing you are refering too, because they are named slightly > different. Just make sure it is inactive yeast not active yeast, that's the most important since the active yeast would feed candida but the inactiv one doesn't. The maker of the yeast flakes should know, call them directly to be sure. Good luck!
