Guest guest
Hi Dejana thank you for sharing. I myself have overweight and trying to get rid of it for the last 20 years. In the beginning of this diet I lost weight rapidly, but now I gain. I am afraid that I eat too much so I have to restrict my calories. On the other hand I want to listen to my 'cravings' / sign of my body (?) and it could be that my body wants all these fats and proteins because I starved myself too long, been feeding myself to long with grains, sugar, bad oils, etc. I feel this strongly: I need this much right now! But I don't want to gain any more weight also, so the last two weeks I try to find my balance, but it isn't easy. Because you wrote about your fat intake I was curious about how your weight was doing. I find it very interesting to read on this list that a lot of candida sufferers either have under- or overweight problems. And I fully agree with you: I too am confident that in time my body will adjust to its own natural size, once I'm healed of candida and all its symptoms. I just find it hard to 'read' the signs/ needs of my body, because of all of the die-off I'm experiencing. wishing you good health with this diet! Guest guest
Hey I remember Bee saying that Olive Oil will cause weight gain, but CO and butter won't, so if you're eating a lot of olive oil, maybe substitute with CO or butter? I'm avoiding olive oil when possible for this reason... I definitely need to LOSE weight, not gain! ;-)
