If you need help with pain, you can cut back a little on VCO and apply oil of oregano mixed 50/50 with coconut oil or olive oil to your shoulders an fingers. For your shoulders you can also apply wet heat, soak in an Epsom salt bath, and take White Willow Bark capsules (at the health store - taken according to the label).
