Hey guys, I have good news. has not had a seizure for three whole

nights, as mentioned before, she has not gone without a seizure for a single

night since this whole ordeal started about 9 months ago.

I cannot say what contributed to this (the seizures coming to a halt). She

did start a new medication (Zonegran along with her Depakote) three days ago.

But even prior to this her seizures were becoming faint.

Back when I started with Dr. 's remedies I eliminated her consumption of

milk, eggs, and chicken because it suppossible contained " malvin " a natural

seizure enhancer, this is what was told to me anyway. However, about a 2-3

weeks ago I added these things back into her diet.

You know, this is very confusing. There is so much info stating supplement

with this mineral, vitamin, and other supplements. But I have also learned

that some of the vitamins etc. cannot be absorbed without another vitamin

supplement. So where do you start, and when you start with a program does it

guarantee that the vitamins are absorbed properly or just excreted in the

urine.

Gail, I did give in and I went and bought the book you recommended

" Prescription for natural healing " by Phyllis and Welsh. The supplement

list is complete but it offers little info on what and where to buy. I don't

want to go out and buy a lot of vitamins that are not even water soluble and

the body does not utilize it anyway.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Tracey

Do you recommend unique e- vitamin e supplement? It is extracted from

soy beans but contains no soy oil. It is simply a pure vitamin E

product.

What vitamin c products are good and additive free?

Hi there,

A good brand that Bee recommends is the natural factors brand. Its

called clear-based Vitamin E 400 IU. It doesnt contain any nasties

like soy.

Well, this article in a newsletter I got the other day (The Blaylock

Wellness Report) and he says that when vitamin C is taken alone,

especially in diseases associated with high levels of free radicals,

like autoimmune diseases, a lot of the C gets oxidized, then it becomes

a free radical itself. He says E can be a problem too, but when they

are taken together they function to protect the body because

antioxidants work as a network. He doesn't say how much to take, just

that the two should be taken together. I don't know what to order along

with my other stuff, but this makes me concerned and wanting to try some

vitamin E. It probably wouldn't hurt, would it? The hormone thing you

mention is interesting. I am without ovaries and don't take HRT and

wonder if Vitamin E would help.

I'm restocking on my supplements, and going to try the BalanCe that you

recommended, also getting the Iodoral from BreastCancerChoices.com. The

C I've been taking is huge horse pills and upsets my stomach so I'm

going for something better, hopefully.
