vit A, Chlorophyll, niacin, and cove oil questions

I have all my supplements in house beside the digestion enzyme. I could

use a little help with this.

" Vit A " : I have cod live oil that you recommend, and I will take one

teaspoon a day, and you say to add a " little " more vit a. I have the

10,000 IU of it in fish oil, is 10,000 extra a day ok to take along

with the teas of CLO?

FISH Oil: I take 3,000 mg of Carlson fish oil on a daily basis for

years. Do I continue to take this with the teas if CLO and extra vit A?

:

" Chlorophyll " : I receiver my liquid " chlorophyll " and read the day I

received that it is no longer recommended. Mine has 2mg of copper in 1

tablespoon. I'm sure the postage to send it back isn't worth it. Is

there anything anyone knows to do with it? You know like cleaning

jewelry or something, hate to just throw it away.

" Niacin " : I have the 100mg tabs. I take 50mg twice a day " after " you

are up to 6 tablespoons of coconut oil. I am currently up to 4

tablespoon and 2 teas of CO. I have been taking 100mg of Niacin twice a

day and get no side effects at all or no flushing. Should I put it

aside and wait until I get up to total 6 tablespoons of CO?

" Clove Oil " : I received my NOW clove oil. The smell and thought of

putting it in my mouth sends me into a hard dry heave, and I can

usually eat anything. It reminds of the time I poured water in my

mother's empty perfume bottle and drank it when I was 5 years old. I

make my own soap and I have used it as a scent for 2 years. I got the

clove oil because a few months ago I had a comprehensive stool analysis

done and the lab used oil of oregano on my specimen on the candida and

it was non-reactive to it. It has been one spice that has always made

my stomach upset too, and I do not like it at all. Can I be as

successful in balancing out my candida without these two oils??

Garlic: I am using garlic, but can not tolerate it raw, must cook it

lightly then just burping it all day, but not sick like when I eat it

raw. I a have always loved garlic, but sensitive to it raw. I can

handle about one large clove raw a day, no more. I use as much as I

can in a day.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Gail
