Yes, that much pain can be die-off. The shoulders are the most common place for toxins to migrate to, and it will cause a lot of pain. When I had candida my shoulders were really bad. Toxins will also move around the body, so he may find the location changes or other muscles are also painful. +++I suggest he ensure he doesn't take 1 tbls. of coconut oil at one time; take 1 tsp. 3 times a day with complete meals. Or, if he is taking 1 tsp. 3 times a day, he should cut back by 1 tsp. per day. He should also put wet heat packs on his shoulders. A mustard pack is great to use for muscle pain - recipes are all over the internet. +++He should also be taking Epsom salt baths, and soak a towel in the bath and apply it to his shoulders. +++One of the best things for muscles is oil of oregano; mix it 50/50 with coconut oil or olive oil and rub it into the sore muscles. Wet heat applied after helps it soak in. It is just as powerful of a pain killer as morphine. My Dad cracked his shoulder and this mixture really helped. It also stopped my Mother's hands from shaking (Parkinson's) for awhile, and it alleviated arthritis pain in my sister's hands. +++If he changed over to this program too fast he'll suffer more. > > He went to the moron doctor on Tuesday and he is taking vicodin but that's not even helping. He is on light duty at work, just counting the customers at the door. The doctor said to call him back if he isn't getting better which he did yesterday but he didn't return my husband's call. Go figure! Anyways, he's not going to be able to help him and I'm wondering what his next step should be. Chiropractor, acupuncture? +++I believe he should get acupuncture, and the suggestions I wrote above. For pain he can take White Willow Bark (from the health store; taken according to the label), and sniff an oil of oregano bottle which gets up into the brain. The best to you and your dh, Luv, Bee
