I had it for many years too, and even had a cyst in my bladder that burst and bled badly. > > My bladder problem was so bad that I had begun to lose bladder > control and would find myself unexpectedly " wet " at different times > through the day and night. (PHEW! They NEVER worked anyway!) What are > your specific suggestions for Bursitis at my stage in the program? > And/or for pain? +++Kathy, bursitis is minaly caused by mineral imbalances, particularly calcium and magnesium. So ensure you are getting the recommended amount of " good " ocean sea salt, good mineralized water, and that you are taking all of the supplements in the recommended doses - everything works together so don't leave anything out. +++For treatment you can do a few things: 1) rub cod liver oil into the area twice a day, 2) take all of the supplements in correct doses, 3) take an Epsom Salt bath once a day, and 4) for pain take White Willow Bark (available from the health store; take according to the label) and apply mustard packs to the area (there's many recipes on the internet). Also you can apply vitamin C to the area, by using ascorbic acid crystals mixed in water and applied with cotton balls. > > As you can see – I was and am a TOTAL MESS health-wise. Guest guest
Bee, Thank you so much for your answer. I will follow these instructions and let you know how things progress. BIG HUGS! Oh, and yes the UTIs were absolute horror but you are guiding me away from all that!! There are not words to express my gratitude! -Kathy > > +++Kathy, bursitis is minaly caused by mineral imbalances, > particularly calcium and magnesium. Guest guest
Just a quick update: I started taking all the supplements & sea salt on Friday. It's Monday and I'd say my pain level has been reduced by half. I can hardly wait to write an tell you it's gone! Also, I bought White Willow Bark, and I take it before bed and sleep like a rock! No more waking up at night every hour or so with pain. No UTI problems as of late! That's a miracle in itself. There are no words for thanks! Big HUGE hugs -Kathy
