Guest guest
The first couple times I made it the eggs did seem to cook. Now I let the water with coconut oil and butter cool down before I add the eggs and blend. I use egg yolks only, hope that is okay. You kind of have to let it cool down anyways so you can drink it. At first I thought it would have been gross, but it is actually really good, and I don't even use the stevia. Most of the good protein is in the whites. Bee

Vida +++ The whole egg is better nutrition and works as a unit. What do you do with all the whites? Marissa
