Yolks are raw, whites are cooked.

The first couple times I made it the eggs did seem to cook. Now I let

the water with coconut oil and butter cool down before I add the eggs

and blend. I use egg yolks only, hope that is okay. You kind of have

to let it cool down anyways so you can drink it. At first I thought it

would have been gross, but it is actually really good, and I don't even

use the stevia. Vida

Hi Vida. Most of the good protein is in the whites.

+++ The whole egg is better nutrition and works as a unit. What do you do with

all the

whites?
