Guest guest
> > Two other things (it's just never over is it?! ) > > I did a clear fleet enema the other day, +++Hi Gail. I thought a fleet enema contained minerals like salt, etc.? Can you buy one that only contains pure clean water? If it wasn't just water it will cause you problems. > (do not have my coffee yet) and I only got 2 oz in (hurt the anus) (yes I used oil on it) but anyway, I got VERY sick, it was like the flu came over me hard and sudden, sweat pouring off of me, then very dizzy on the toilet, felt like I would also throw up. I laid down after I passed all the water, and within 15 minutes I felt better. But needless to say, I am worried about another one. It was my first one. Is this common? > > Second, I feel so sick for many days now.... ( I did eat cholocate > Friday and it made me VERY sick!) But I am up to 4 tablespoons & 2 > teas of cco. I have been at this for last cco increase, I couldn't > get off the couch, so very ill. I am struggling with all the meat, > butter, etc. just feel over all like I have the flu, don't want to > eat, just hate to see eating time come now. My grandmother died > Friday night and I must travel tomorrow 2,500 miles on a plane.... +++Gail, flu symptoms are definitely die-off symptoms - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php +++I think you have increased the coconut oil too quickly, so please cut back on it to a level where your die-off symptoms are more tolerable, and wait at least 5 days before increasing it again. Only increase the amount when you die-off symptoms lessen. +++My heart goes out to you with losing your grandmother my dear. I lost my father last Thanksgiving Day (U.S.). >I am so worried I am going to get sicker by eating some regular food, or foods that I used to eat.(I'm a healthy eater, just don't eat this much meat, butter, oils, etc. And I am not very prepared to cook like this while traveling. I am staying with friends. I do have my cco, lemons, hydrochloric acid, all supplements packed. +++Are you sure you are eating the correct ratios of protein to fats. Also butter is antifungal so it too should be increased gradually. Until you can get your fats up higher you may need to lower proteins and increase carbs. > I will be at a funeral and wake all day Tuesday, and out of town for a whole week, worried about eating. Any of your experience and wise suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I'm just very weak, ready to throw in the towel. My husband said since I was so sick and have been that maybe I'm doing too much, to listen to my body, maybe I need to stop at a lower level of cco, and fat? I'm confused. +++Your husband is right. You are probably doing too much at one time and not giving your body enough time to adjust to all of the changes. I've done consultations with many people, and most of them are " trying to do too much, too fast. " You'll feel better about the program if you take it easy and don't push your body. When you push it too hard it causes more die-off symptoms which aren't necessary. +++Curing Candida, How to Get Started is important to follow. Each person's ability to get onto the complete diet is different since it depends upon many factors. +++I hope you do okay on your trip. I will be praying for you. I just live in a roommate situation which makes it really awkward and difficult. +++Hi erika. Enemas aren't absolutely essential.
