Guest guest
Dear Bee, I did a search on both messages and at your site about kudzu and arrowroot. Message 3380 seems to indicate that arrowroot and kudzu are okay for us to use as thickeners, but I wanted to check with you because that message is from 2004, and may not pertain to candida diet people. I know cornstarch is not acceptable. Soooo, can we use arrowroot and kudzu as soup thickeners, at the rate of 1 teaspoon per 1-2 cups broth? Thanks-- Rhe

Arrowroot and kudzu are totally starch, so they should not be used as thickening agents. Instead see this article for alternate thickeners: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe166.php Bee
