I have been on a personal quest for over 20 years to find the right way of eating that will keep me healthy and disease free. I have practiced so many different approaches to diet over the years as a result. And I have done extreme diets: for examole I was a raw-fooder for two years. I have done vegetarianism to Atkins. And one thing I have noticed about consuming raw juices (and huge salads as well) is that it gives me diarrhea (and not the yellow toxin-releasing version that I have experienced on Bee's program during die-off cycles) and it causes me digestive distress. Since you mentioned that you are experiencing digestive distress, I thought you might be experiencing similar responses that I have had to drinking daily green drinks. Perhaps you could cut out the drink (and any other raw veggie consumption) for a week and see if you experience any lessening of the symptoms. I agree, we have to listen to our own bodies to navigate the truth. So maybe you should conduct your own experiments on yourself?
