Guest guest
1) Should enemas become easier and easier to hold the more you do them? My second one was easier to hold in then the first and same goes with the third. I'm slightly worried that this may be causing some irregularities in the size of my colon therefore making it easier to hold two cups of coffee. 2) In today's coffee enema I expelled some sort of red film, sort of like blood - what is that and is it normal? Also I could smell the garlic sausage I had for breakfast! Not exactly appetizing, but should I be smelling the garlic I was eating only 7 hours previous? 3) Lately i've been feeling some lower back pain (I do deadlifts at the gym) and my right knee has a small pain every now and then. I realized that the amounts of calcium and magnesium I was taking was half the amount I needed because it wasn't elemental! I've returned back to the recommend 600mg and the pains are better but still exist slightly. I was one who lived off milk as a child, and i'm tall (6'3) with a lot of bone. Is 600mg enough if i'm still feeling pain or should I up it to say 700mg or 800mg? Now my tip. One thing i've noticed is that with the die off symptoms, toxins will build up at the entrance and exit points - most notably the colon and sinuses / mouth. The coffee enemas have helped a great deal in lowering my die off symptoms, and in that same regard, oil pulling has helped clear up further die off symptoms from the neck up. After oil pulling, I expel a lot of mucus through my mouth and nostrils. But for the whole day afterwards, my nose breathes terrificly and I have very little allergies. This was not common with me pre-diet and it was pretty bad while on the diet. Another benefit i've noticed is my facial skin is way softer then it was pre-oil pulling! I use both sesame and coconut oil, each for 10 minutes(because they turn white and watery at that time) prior to eating everyday. Thanks to the group and Bee and best of wishes. I found it also became easier to retain enemas as I did more. No, liquid enemas wouldn't increase the size of your colon in any way. You wouldn't cause anyirregularities if you do them every 4-5 days, which allows time between enemas for the large colon to function normally. > > 2) In today's coffee enema I expelled some sort of red film, sort of > like blood - what is that and is it normal? It is nothing to be concerned about. The garlic you ate could have already been digested in the small colon, so yes you could smell it, even if it hadn't reached the large colon yet. > > 3) Lately i've been feeling some lower back pain (I do deadlifts at > the gym) and my right knee has a small pain every now and then. Also if you've ever injured that knee your body will " retrace " the symptoms according to Hering's Law of Cure. +++I suggest you try doing some special treatments on your leg before you change your cal/mag doses - soak in Epsom salt baths to help pull out the toxins, and rub in oil of oregano mixed 50/50 with olive or coconut oil (oil of oregano is just as powerful of a pain killer as morphine), which also helps healing. > > Now my tip.
