Guest guest
Claudine, you hit the nail on the head as far as the sleep issue, you're exactly like me. Wake up every hour or more...no quality type sleep. Then about once a week I will sleep like a baby...last night being one of those nights. Still feel tired and lousy though. Can't win for losing. Makes me feel better somehow knowing I'm not the only one :-} I also like to be able to have a " label " for what is wrong with me, so I don't feel like it is all in my " head " . Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, I was doing great with diet and supplements with very few cravings, etc. but the last couple of days I've struggled. The fatigue is bad and the nausea is there too. I'm OK if I don't do much... just go to work, stay seated, not get too excited and get plenty of rest at night. But today, I had to go out of town for business and the walking to and fro, lifting of luggage, talking with airline stewardess left me dizzy, exhausted and heart racing. I had some nuts today as I felt I needed the " carbs " and it did help with my energy and nausea but I don't want to cheat. Should I instead reduce my coconut oil instead? It's weird because I was up to 5.5-6tb fine for a week so not sure if that is what's causing it. I find that if I feel really bad, I want to add in some nuts but there is probably a better way just don't know where to begin. Coconut oil? Enemas? I do religious skin brushing, frequent hot baths, get 9 hours sleep a night, etc. Thanks for any suggestions! Genevieve

When you increase activity levels your body detoxifies more. > > I had some nuts today as I felt I needed the " carbs " and it did help > with my energy and nausea but I don't want to cheat. > > Should I instead reduce my coconut oil instead? Hopefully any nuts you consume are raw (untoasted & unroasted) and properly soaked and dried; otherwise they are not okay. Nuts aren't the worst snack you can eat, in small amounts of course. I wonder if your exposure to radiation during your flight might have made you feel lousy. Some people are very, very sensitive to radiation via cell towers, cell phones, WiFi, GPS systems, phones w/out cords, etc. And the radiation level in an airplane is high. Heaven knows how much cell phone exposure the may be in an airport - most everyone has a call phone and they can cause health issues even when not in use. There is a group called EMFrefugee (EMF = electromagnetic field)you may want to explore. Sara > >
