I have seen compelling evidence supporting both raw and cooked ways of consuming vegetables - among many more topics as to what the " best " or " right " way to heal and eat are. The only source I feel I can rely on is the wisdom of my body which is telling me to consume a balance of whole foods I prepare from both sides of the " optimal " nutrition spectrum's as well as select supplements.
