+++Hi Mitch. When your body receives what it needs it will go into

action healing like mad, and that's way your symptoms increased. So

don't avoid the Nutritional Yeast Flakes. Instead, have less more

often during the day, or less in total, so your healing reactions

aren't so severe, and gradually increase it.

Thanks for clearing that up Bee,

I may just try a spoonful in my eggs in the morning for now and see how that

goes
