Guest guest
> > Hi everyone, > > It has been about 1.5 weeks on this diet and almost 100%. I have had a killer migraine these last two days that won't go away! Hang in there. It will pass. Just to be sure since you mentioned you've been on the full program for 1,5 weeks, you allowed a whole month prior to this week to get on the program right? Starting too fast will be too much for the body. See article about getting started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php >Any suggestions? I suffered from chronic migraine for over 20 years and I tried everything and nothing helped. With migraine it's just a matter of trying to live through it. > I also have diarrhea which I think is from Magnesium. Diarrhea is also the most common die off symptom of all. > Lastly, I am craving fruit so bad. Do what you can to resist. Watch a good movie, drink some herbal tea, get a massage. It's the candida playing tricks with you to get you to feed it. There will come a day when you are healthy when you will be able to enjoy your apples without any health problems. > find that I can't exercise like I used to as I am so weak as well. I was unable to exercise for the entire first year on the program. After that I could start again. It's important that you allow your body to heal. It needs all the energy it can spare so exercising often depletes the body of much needed energy that is needed to heal. Just rest and take care of yourself. > I can't be too debilitated. It is possible to continue to work and do this program? Most people on this program work while healing. The trick seems to be to not start too fast and to not add too much anti fungals at once but to do very small changes. But even so you will experience die off and that's a good thing. Just hang in there!

I think you changed your diet too fast, which creates more die-off symptoms that are not necessary. It's the nutrients that will heal you anyway, so taking your time and not getting too much die-off is better. You can take White Willow Bark for migraine pain, and also sniff on a bottle of oil of oregano. > > I also have diarrhea which I think is from Magnesium. I have been stable on my VCO and haven't increased lately so don't think it is from that. I'll continue to watch it as it might be a > temporary reaction and pass. +++Diarrhea is a way for the body to get rid of toxins, so it is a die-off symptom too. Magnesium can be a problem if you don't split up the doses. +++If you've ever had diarrhea or migraines in the past your body will also " retrace " them according to Hering's Law of Cures. > > Lastly, I am craving fruit so bad. We have these beautiful big apples that looks so tasty. I feel weak and want the apple to " pick me up. " Just want to commit to staying with plan. +++Hang in there. > I find that I can't exercise like I used to as I am so weak as well. I don't like feeling this way but again am holding onto hope that it will pass. It is a balance as I need to still work > so > I can't be too debilitated. It is possible to continue to work and do this program? +++Most people do work while on this program; however some aren't able to. If you go more slowly you'll have better success, get less die-off, and be able to function better. Exercises recommended are very mild, i.e. dry skin brushing, walking, etc. since your body needs its energy for healing. Luv, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Genevieve, I just wanted to add that it took me one year on the program to be able to exercise again. I have not felt like doing anything for the last year and the time before that when I did not know what was wrong with me. As a result I lost all my athletic stamina and I am trying to rebuild. I am just now walking 45 minutes 4 times a week on my treadmill. Also I just now got rid of the tightness in my chest when I walk. I think I had a pretty extreme case of candida so you might fare better than I did. Point is, your stamina will come back...healing takes energy. shelby

I went to my chiropractor yesterday which helped (I have 2 buldging discs in my neck, probably from a car accident in 1993, which can cause headaches when they flair up). In terms of going to fast on program, I haven't eaten white/brown sugar for over 10 years and rarely ate wheat. Before I found Bee's site, I was off grains for a month. Since I've found Bee's plan 2 weeks ago, I've slowly weaned off fruit, honey and raw dairy. Maybe I did this too fast? I still eat 1 thing a day that isn't on the full plan... like coconut milk or raw dairy. I haven't started antifungals either and don't plan on for awhile. I'll continue to watch for too strong die off symptoms. I assume you have to experience some in this program though, no? Peace, Genevieve > > >
