Guest guest
hi, I read several times (hygenist idea) that artificial vitamins where a rip-off and that we should only get vitamins from natural sources (whole foods). They say that the body simply gets rid of them. They say the same about salt. What do you think, Bee? (I post this message because I can't manage to afford all the supplements). At the moment, I'm taking the electrolyte drink, some multivitamins, garlic oil as a supplement, high dose probiotics and cod liver oil (unfortunately not blue ice). I was taking vitimin C but there was aspartam in it!!! I read multivitamins weren't best... Is it " not best " or actually " detrimental " . Should I stop them before the pack is over? What do you think about my supplement intake? .

Many artificial (synthetic) supplements have been used by Orthomolecular Physicians (OPs) for over 60 years to successfully treat many diseases, including cancer. For example: Ascorbic acid is not a true vitamin C but it acts just like vitamin C in the body. OPs have been administering intravenous megadoses of it to cure cancer. Some vitamins are only from natural sources, i.e. vitamins A, D & E in the forms I recommend. > At the moment, I'm taking the electrolyte drink, some multivitamins, garlic oil as a supplement, high dose probiotics and cod liver oil (unfortunately not blue ice). Garlic oil supplements do not contain all of the benefits of raw crushed garlic. +++, you've been on the program a short time yet you are already taking garlic and high doses of probiotics? You only add garlic " after " you are able to take 6 tbl. of unrefined coconut oil without getting severe die-off. Also probiotics are the last thing to add. Taking these too soon causes die-off symptoms that aren't necessary. > > What do you think about my supplement intake? +++Every supplement on my list is important, and in the amounts listed. You can eat 6 ounces of red meat liver twice a week instead of taking B vitamins, but the Niacin is very important in addition. +++Since dairy products aren't on the candida diet, and they are the best source of cal/mag, they must be obtained from supplements. You can make calcium from eggshells, but magnesium supplements must be purchased. +++Can't you get your parents to pay for your supplements since they are so important for your future? The best, Bee
