Guest guest
Hi I've been experiencing problems with my bowel movements. Its completely liquid and multiple times throughout the day like irritable bowel maybe??? I am not having any stomach cramps so I dont think its fod poisoning. I just started taking all the recommended supplements before I was following the diet rules in addition to some additive free supplements. Could the additives like magnesium sterates in the supplements you recommend be causing the problem? I've avoided additives for awhile. Also how much niacin do I take each day? I take 2 100mgs of the recommended natural factors tablets and have not had a flush yet. Thanks, Chris

A lot of toxins are caused by candida. Ensure that you start on smaller doses of vitamin C and the oils, and gradually increase them or they could contribute to loose stools too. > > Could the additives like magnesium sterates in the supplements you > recommend be causing the problem? I've avoided additives for awhile. +++Magnesium stearate is used in very small amounts, which is only to keep the capsule or tablet from sticking to machinery at the factory. It isn't enough to cause problems. +++Also if you've ever had loose stools in the past your body will " retrace " them - see Hering's Law of Cure on my website. > > Also how much niacin do I take each day? So stay at the recommended 50 mg twice a day until you do. If you take 100mg 2 x a day, when the flush occurs it will be much more severe, and unnecessary.
