I took Plan B - the emergency contraceptive which has tons of estrogen in it in

late June.

Immediately I was constipated ever since, My stool is pellet like, and I could

push hard,

but only a few nugget will come out. I also had a terrible rash that lasted

about a month. I

was so easily agitated.

I went to see a GI in early August, colonoscopy and tyroid tests both came back

fine. I

increased my fiber intake, drink tons of water, I have always been healthy

eating. However

I never take any vitamins or supplement. I was so pissed that two pills could

get me this

sick.

Until i came across this site, I did not know anything about candida. I think

that is what it

is. My candida get burst into overgrowth after the pills throw me off balance.

the puzzle is i took some anti-fungal herb stuff, that works like 5 days, then i

am

constipated again- still very little hard pellet stool. I switch to garlic, and

good probiotic

supplement, that works for 5 days again, then stopped. Now i am on Caproyl and

psylium

and bentonite, that made my constipation worse.

Can you tell me - am I one the right track? why does anti-fungal stop working

after 5

days? is it die-off? what should I do.

thanks so much. i am so scared of the toilet now, i feel i almost have a heart

attack the

other day sitting on top of the toilet, if i am at work, i have to pick a lucky

stall. this is

getting so ridiculous and desperate..
