Guest guest
Hello, Avocado's are on both foods lists and the recommended gelatin isn't on either food list. Can these both be eaten on the Candida diet? Thank you,

But I think it would be wise to caution people NOT to add gelatin at the beginning of the diet since it's sugar can cause the candida to flare up. I'm speaking from personal past experience. Guest guest
Hi , I'm not Bee but have heard her say that only gelatin such as Bernard Jensen's is okay as it's unflavored, unsweetened and 100% bovine gelatin powder - and that she doesn't recommend using Knox brand or others. I purchase Bernard Jensen's online and use it in my fake cream. Hope this adds some clarity, Anita > > > Hello, > > > > Avocado's are on both foods lists and the recommended gelatin isn't > on > > either food list. Guest guest
Super trooper, but how do " cook " with this gelatin? I would like to make a pudding sugar free of course to have as snacks. I like the pudding 's texture not the sugar. I'm 6 mo into Bee's diet and 15 mo gluten free, so I really do not care for sweet at all anymore... Or maybe I could add to chicken soup and have the soup in gelatin form? Or thicken my stew to have a good sauce? (I can not eat any onions yet) But how much? Any ideas are appreciated. Try making Debra's Egg Custard which contains gelatin: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe283.php > I'm 6 mo into Bee's diet and 15 mo gluten free, so I really do not > care for sweet at all anymore... Guest guest
I make a delicious pudding with agar flakes and yellow squash and sweeten with stevia and non-alcoholic flavorings- it is from the body ecology book and is sooo super satisfying.
