will work for everyone, but it is worth a try. Sorry but no attachement came

This is certainly worth a try and may help a lot more people to experience the

value of what supplements can do for their health!!

I have been advised by an insurance specialist that we can deduct the cost of

our supplements when we file our taxes. We just need to have our physician sign

off on it. I have attached a list that you can take to your physician and ask

him/her to place this list in your medical record and sign a copy for your

records.

Just circle the supplements you use on a regular basis and take it to your

doctor.
