Guest guest
Today I did my second coffee enema. First, let me just say that these coffee enema's have put my severe die off reactions at bay. The day after the coffee enema(I did it around 6pm), I noticed that I wasn't as hungry in the morning as usual. I only ate half the eggs and sausuage I usuall;y do. Now when dinner came around and I ordered the same amount of food I usually do, my stomach felt extremely tight/bloated after finishing this food. Whereas this would be jsut the right amount ot satisfy me previously. May I ask what the reason for this is? It seems like it's a great improvement but I don't know just exactly what is going on. Thanks!

Good for you! I don't know the reason you were satisfied on less food. But bloating is caused by gas, which is produced when candida is killed off.
