Guest guest
I can't speak for anyone else, but I've never eaten properly (according to the food pyramid). I've been taking supplements for over 30 years and have only gotten the occasional cold...and very occasional. I think were one to eat properly for all nutrients and vitamins, they would be cooking and eating all day and night. I don't think it makes your body " lazy " considering your body doesn't create these nutrients....they have to be fed to the body either via food or via pills. Tatezi vitamins etc. Hi.Quite a few people on this group are taking supplements. My question is that by taking all those vitamins, herbs etc.are you not making the body lazy.i.o.w. if your system can get it from a bottle why should it go into the trouble of making it herself?.Is.nt a healthy diet could enough?.Willem. Guest guest
I don't think so, although, it has been theorized that by taking the 'non-essentials' (this means the body makes its own supply), it can make the body stop making whichever supplement you are taking. gail vitamins etc. Guest guest
Hello Bee, Thank you for responding to my previous post. Unable to respond directly as I can only respond via the web group page. Still unable to get connected even with 's help. Tried finding a list of brands of supplements you use on your site and where to buy. Do you have one you can share? Frustrated with yesterday's Vitamin Shoppe trip. I'm still missing the Vitamin B complex and a few other things. Have two other friends waiting in the wings to start this so I want to share with them also. On day nine. Going through major die off symptoms... including one of the worst sinus infections I've had. Also lost 8 pounds too. Also, had a root canal 1.5 years ago due to major infection of tooth. Has throbbed on and off once in a while since. Trobbed lots yesterday. Can it still be infected and should it just be pulled?

Going through major die off symptoms... including one of the worst sinus infections I've had. +++You aren't having a sinus infection; your body is detoxifying through your sinuses. Here's some treatments to help you: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/sinus4.php +++Also lost 8 pounds too. +++That's great, if you wanted to. > > Also, had a root canal 1.5 years ago due to major infection of tooth. Has throbbed on and off once in a while since. Trobbed lots yesterday. Can it still be infected and should it just be pulled? +++It isn't an infection. The reason you are getting such symptoms is because your body " retraces " all previous symptoms, diseases, illnesses, injuries, etc. during natural healing - this is according to Hering's Law of Cures as written in my main candida article. Or you can find articles on my website. The best, Bee
