Guest guest
HI, Some time ago, I was drinking about 3 times a day " honegar " (raw apple cider vinegar + raw honey)a table spoon each time. And my tongue became much pinker, I could see the difference nearly daily! and my pains in my joints disappeared! Then I stopped taking it for some reasons and everything came back. I read online that honey and apple cider vinegar can be good against candida. I know that " the sugar in honey feeds candida " and equally for the vinegar. But how could I explain this improvement if it was really so? What do you think Bee? Should I drink some or would it be detrimental? Martn. Focus on treating your body as a whole, giving it the proper nutrients so it can heal itself in its own way and time, rather than " trying to " cure some specific symptom created by candida. Some people are okay if they have a good unpasteurized unfiltered apple cider vinegar like Bragg's or Eden's, and it appears you are okay with it. Yeah maybe it cured only some symptoms and worsened others (I had many brain fogs if I'm not mistaken at the time).
